Returns Policy

At LTC Active Wear, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1️⃣ Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unworn and unused

The item must be in original condition

All tags must still be attached

The item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Headgear worn or used

Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"

Custom or personalized items

3️⃣ Exchanges (Sizing Issues)

We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days.

The customer is responsible for return courier fees.

We will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item once approved.

4️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged item

A defective item

The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the item

Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6️⃣ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable

7️⃣ Important Notes

LTC Active Wear reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
